We showcase how to prepare meals in a home kitchen, emphasising recipe guidance for performance nutrition designed and tailored specifically for athletes and academy players.

Our cooking sessions are filled with valuable principles and tips, enabling players to discover time-saving methods, enhance their skills, broaden their culinary repertoire, and gain insights into the ingredients in their meals, which will support their future food choices and culinary exploration.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU?
Our programs are uniquely designed and super flexible for everyone! In just two hour sessions, players will jump into preparing, cooking, and enjoying up to five homemade dishes. After a six-week journey, players will have whipped up thirty fantastic dishes! See our incredible courses!
Whatever the occasion, we've got players covered with performance breakfasts, energising lunches, healthy snacks, baking fun, and even the perfect prep for a date night! WHY US?
Cooks'in Kitchen emerged from the recognition that academy players, especially in football, often lack essential life skills when they progress through an academy.
Our courses aim to restore these vital skills, providing players with an understanding of the food they consume and the ability to cook for themselves and others. Participants leave the course with a newfound confidence and an enthusiastic approach to preparing delicious, nutritious dishes!
